Main duties of the job

We are seeking a compassionate individual with experience delivering care and excellent communication skills. If you have an understanding of health and safety procedures, working with dignity and respect and the ability to work under your own initiative, we would love to hear from you.

Candidates with a Care Certificate, NVQ, or experience in a hospice setting are encouraged to apply, although this is not essential for the role.

This post is offered on a full time, permanent, basis, working 37.5 hours per week. We operate a 24 hour service, 7 days a week, these hours are worked on a shift basis, including day and night shifts.

St Catherines Hospice is a respected local charity providing specialist hospice care alongside statutory service partners (GPs, District nursing etc) across West Sussex and East Surrey.
