The client's health conditions include: 4P Syndrome (deletion of chromosome 4) Developmental delay Diabetes Hearing loss Assistance with enteral feeding Medication administration (Full medication training will be provided) The ideal carer

Previous experience with these conditions would be beneficial however, full support and training can be provided within the role. Shifts Day shift 8am-8pm. Wake Nights 8pm-8am. Twilight 8am to 2pm or 2pm to 8pm.
