• Free Training & DBS Support: Access free online and practical healthcare training to help you develop your skills and confidence. We also cover DBS application and renewal support.

Your Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, person-centred care to residents and service users.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care and daily living


• Supporting mobility and wellbeing


• Providing emotional support and companionship


• Working alongside Nurses and healthcare teams


• Helping create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment

Requirements

To apply for our Healthcare Assistant roles in Norwich and surrounding areas, you must have:

• A minimum of 6 months paid UK care experience within care homes, nursing homes, or hospitals


• A passion for delivering high-quality care


• The right to work in the UK


• A driving licence is preferred but not essential
