As a Healthcare Assistant at Spire Hartswood Hospital, you will play a vital role in supporting patients and clinical staff to ensure the smooth running of the hospital. - Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Support clinical staff with patient assessments and procedures
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of patient rooms and common areas
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families
Previous experience working in a healthcare setting preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Empathy and compassion for patients and their families
- Flexible availability to work shifts as required
