Your day-to-day tasks will include providing compassionate, person-centred care to individuals at every stage of their recovery, supporting ward rounds, observing behaviours to help shape responsive care plans, assisting with everyday tasks to promote dignity and independence, and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, tailored support.
