It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are

important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement, knowing that youve made someones life better. The shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week including nights and weekends. 37.5 hours a week.
