Healthcare Assistant £16.50 - £17.00 per hour Full-Time & Part-Time Hours Available | Flexible Day, Night & Sleep-In Shifts Join Apollo Home Healthcare We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support an 18-year-old gentleman in his own home on a 2:1 care basis. This rewarding Healthcare Assistant role involves providing person-centred care within the client's family home, supporting daily routines and promoting comfort, safety, independence, and overall wellbeing in a familiar and supportive environment. Your Role as a Healthcare Assistant Provide personal care with dignity, respect, and compassion Support with PEG feeding and medication administration Assist with manual handling, including the use of hoisting equipment Monitor and support the management of dystonia episodes Recognise and respond appropriately to seizures and changes in health needs Promote independence, choice, and overall wellbeing

Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate care records What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3 months' experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Carer
• Experience administering medication
• Competence in manual handling and the safe use of hoisting equipment
• Experience supporting individuals with dystonia and/or seizure management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
