Package Description: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Healthcare Assistant to join our Urgent Treatment Centre team. In this role, you will support the clinical team in providing a high standard of patient care, assisting with minor illnesses, minor injuries, dressings, and phlebotomy. You will play an essential part in ensuring patients receive timely, safe and respectful care. This role covers our Urgent Treatment Centre in Ormskirk and our Walk in Centre in Skelmersdale so willingness and ability to travel between the two sites is essential. What You'll do: Support and assist the clinical team in delivering highquality care to patients presenting with minor illnesses or injuries. Carry out delegated clinical tasks including dressings, phlebotomy, and basic interventions. Work effectively as a member of the Multidisciplinary Team, contributing to the smooth running of the department. Ensure patient privacy, dignity and comfort at all times. Promote health and wellbeing
