Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analysing behaviours., The role of a Healthcare Assistant at Elysium Healthcare is both challenging and rewarding. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be part of a team that provides essential care and support to individuals with Eating Disorders. Your responsibilities will include participating in ward rounds, analyzing patient behaviors, and adapting care strategies accordingly with your colleagues. You will also be responsible for updating patient records and assisting with personal hygiene where necessary. The working environment can sometimes be challenging, but it is immensely fulfilling to see the positive changes in patients' lives resulting from your involvement.
