Full Job Description

To support our nursing and clinical teams to deliver safe and compassionate patient care. This role will suit someone who enjoys a varied and flexible working environment, with lots of opportunity to learn new skills. You will undertake procedures and health checks, as well as long-term condition management. You will support health promotion and patient education. Reports to line manager
