Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analysing behaviours and adapting care accordingly with colleagues,
updating patient records, and providing overall care and, As a Healthcare Assistant at Arbury Court in Warrington, you will work collaboratively with a supportive team to provide essential care to individuals with mental health conditions. The role requires a compassionate nature, resilience, and a positive attitude as you will be involved in ward rounds, behaviour analysis, and care adaptation. Job responsibilities include updating patient records and assisting with personal hygiene. The role can be challenging but offers the rewarding opportunity to see improvements in patients lives. The position offers a 12.5-hour shift, working 3-4 days a week, including night and weekend shifts.
