colleagues, updating patient reco, As a Healthcare Assistant, you will work with an inclusive and supportive team to provide care to individuals with neurological conditions. Your responsibilities include conducting ward rounds, analyzing behaviors, adapting care accordingly, updating patient records, and assisting with personal hygiene. The environment can be challenging, requiring a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance. However, it is rewarding to see the improvements in the individuals you care for. The role involves 12.5-hour shifts, 3-4 days a week, including nights and weekends.
