Advantage Angels is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our growing team. You'll work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure health protocols are followed to the highest standard, while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business.   • Maintain accurate health and medical records for staff and clients
  • Support the implementation of workplace health and safety protocols ️
  • Provide basic healthcare support during onsite health assessments
  • Work alongside internal teams to ensure compliance with health-related regulations
  • Manage appointment scheduling and communication between healthcare providers and staff
  • Monitor and promptly report any health or safety concerns to management
  • Assist in the preparation and management of health-related documentation and reports

    Certified qualification or equivalent experience as a Healthcare Assistant or similar role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Great communication skills - comfortable liaising with both healthcare professionals and internal teams
  • Working knowledge of health and safety regulations in an office-based setting
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications for managing schedules and records
  • An empathetic, people-first approach to supporting the health needs of colleagues
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
