An opportunity has arisen within our community hospital to recruit an exceptional healthcare assistant to join the in-patient unit. The In-Patient Unit at Teddington Memorial Hospital sits at the heart of community health delivery in Richmond. Our 28 bedded unit supports the rehabilitation and care of local residents who need step up, step down and continuing care, and works integrally with our community and specialist nursing teams, our integrated health & social care reablement and response services, and primary and secondary care. The staff in the community hospital deliver excellent care to people across South West London and they are highly valued by our community. The patient is the focus of our work, and the quality of care is paramount. We receive excellent feedback from our patients, relatives and commissioners. You will work as a valued, key member of our nurse-led team., The model of care is led by a senior team that consists of a Clinical Service Manager.
