Your responsibilities will include ward rounds, monitoring and adapting care plans, updating patient records, and assisting with personal hygiene tasks. The environment can be challenging, requiring compassion, resilience, and a positive mindset. Shift patterns are 12-hour days, 3-4 days a week, including nights and alternate weekends. Stanley House provides specialized long-term care, therapeutic interventions, and a range of activities for residents, including art therapy and physiotherapy.
