Healthcare Assistant

This is a role as a Healthcare Assistant at the Avalon Centre, a purpose-built neurological centre for adults with acquired brain injuries. The job involves providing care and support to service users with challenging and complex needs, using your knowledge and skills to help them along their recovery pathway towards leading a valued and fulfilled life., As a Healthcare Assistant, you will join an inclusive and supportive team that works together to provide care to service users with neurological conditions and challenging, complex needs. Your day-to-day tasks will include ward rounds, analyzing behaviors, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene. The work can be challenging but is also highly rewarding, as you will see people improve due to your involvement and know that you have made a positive difference in their lives.
