We are looking for a kind, caring, and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant to support a vibrant 16-year-old girl with complex care needs at home in Runcorn. She is a typical teenager with a love for make-up, taking an interest in her appearance, watching horror movies, and following shows like Stranger Things. She enjoys engaging in a wide range of social and leisure activities, including shopping, visiting the supermarket, going to the library, relaxing in coffee shops with her friends and carers, and listening to music. Throughout the night, you will provide dedicated care, ensuring her needs are met while being vigilant to help her have a safe, comfortable, and restful sleep. This will include supporting her with personal care, safe moving and handling, and efficiently managing her complex clinical care needs.   • Minimum 3 months care experience
  • Confident with medication administration
  • Personal care & moving and handling experience
  • Clear communication skills
