This role is crucial in supporting the delivery of high-quality care to patients, assisting nursing staff, and ensuring the wellbeing of those we serve. - Assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support with mobility and safe moving & handling
- Monitor residents' condition and report any concerns to senior staff.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Work closely with the care team to deliver high-quality care.
Previous experience in a UK care home (minimum 6-12 months preferred) - A caring, patient, and compassionate attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently when required
- Basic English and IT skills
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ in Health & Social Care) are advantageous but not essential
