You'll help residents:

  • Providing personal care with dignity, respect, and kindness
  • Building genuine connections with residents
  • Supporting activities that bring joy and purpose
  • Following personalised care plans
  • Monitoring wellbeing and health, reporting any changes
  • Working closely with your team and healthcare professionals
  • Keeping clear and accurate care records

    A kind, caring, and empathetic nature
  • Good communication skills and a friendly approach
  • A team player who can also work independently
  • Basic IT skills for record-keeping
  • A positive, flexible attitude

    £12.21 per hour
  • £15.26 per hour (weekends)
  • £24.42 per hour (bank holidays)
  • Enhanced rates with Care Certificate: Higher rate for Care Certificate (Don't have your Care Certificate yet? We'll support you to achieve it!)
  • £12.82 per hour
  • £16.03 per hour (weekends)
