You'll help residents:

- Providing personal care with dignity, respect, and kindness
- Building genuine connections with residents
- Supporting activities that bring joy and purpose
- Following personalised care plans
- Monitoring wellbeing and health, reporting any changes
- Working closely with your team and healthcare professionals
- Keeping clear and accurate care records
A kind, caring, and empathetic nature - Good communication skills and a friendly approach
- A team player who can also work independently
- Basic IT skills for record-keeping
- A positive, flexible attitude
- A commitment to learning and development
- A strong dedication to safeguarding and supporting vulnerable people
£12.21 per hour - £15.26 per hour (weekends)
- £24.42 per hour (bank holidays) Enhanced rates with Care Certificate: Higher rate for Care Certificate (Don't have your Care Certificate yet? We'll support you to achieve it!)
- £12.82 per hour
- £16.03 per hour (weekends)
