Full Job Description

  • We are a Nursing team who work alongside different agencies and professionals within POS, to support to patients who may need a place where they can be safely supported when there is a risk to themselves or others within the Community., To assist multi-disciplinary team members in the delivery of care and treatment to people using services. The care provided will encompass social, physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual needs of the individuals.
  • Be responsible for undertaking practical procedures under the supervision of trained nursing staff.
