Were excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated care team. In this role, you will provide 1:1 and 2:1 support for a lady with complex needs who lives at home with her loving family. Your care will take place both day and night at home, in her educational setting, and during respite stays where you will continue to provide consistent support to ensure her comfort and wellbeing. You will provide personal care and assist with clinical interventions as needed, ensuring a safe, positive, and nurturing environment. Beyond practical support, youll bring fun, companionship, and encouragement into her day, helping her enjoy a fulfilling routine and pursue her favourite hobbies, including singing, baking, watching TV, and enjoying Disney. - Minimum 3 months care experience
- Confident with medication administration
- Personal care & moving and handling experience
- Clear communication skills
