Full Job Description

Meet Our Client An 18-year-old young man with a big personality and a love for music, particularly pop stars such as Taylor Swift, Katy Perry and Little Mix. Music plays a huge part in his day and he enjoys listening to a variety of songs, but these artists are his firm favourites. He also loves sensory experiences and enjoys having his lights and other sensory lighting on. At home, he likes to relax by watching various programmes including Numberjacks, Teletubbies, LazyTown, Bluey and The Little Mermaid. He thrives on interaction and really enjoys having someone who will talk to him, engage with him and give him their full attention. We are looking for a caring, confident and reliable individual to provide personal care and clinical support, helping him to get ready before and after school during term time. Morning shifts start at the family home, where you will carry out personal care and support his daily routines before accompanying to school on the school bus. You won't be required to remain with him during his school day however, for afternoon shifts, the school bus will collect you from the family home, take you to the school to collect him, and return you both home. You will then continue supporting him either at home or out in the community. During school holidays, you'll help him enjoy his time by getting out and about in the community and taking part in the activities he loves., Meet Our Client An 18-year-old young man with a big personality and a love for music, particularly pop stars such as Taylor Swift, Katy Perry and Little Mix.
