Healthcare Assistant

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support older adults with a range of nursing and dementia care needs, helping to maintain their comfort, dignity and independence. Working as part of a friendly, inclusive team in a home rated 'Good' by the CQC, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of residents.,

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care in line with individual care plans.
• Support with personal care, mobility, hydration, meals, and emotional wellbeing.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and care staff to promote a safe, nurturing environment.
• Uphold dignity and respect in all aspects of care.
  
  Our client, a well-established and highly regarded care service, is looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants to join their team on either day or night shifts. Set within a stunning nursing home surrounded by landscaped gardens, this role offers the chance to provide meaningful care in a peaceful and supportive environment., Previous experience in a care or support role is beneficial but not essential - full training is provided.
