Job summary

Main duties of the job


Nottinghamshire West Locality


Working base to be Ilkeston Health Centre but working within Broxtowe District


Broxtowe Healthy Families Team, provide a quality service to the local population, we are an integrated service, working with children and young people aged 0 - 19 and their families.


The team is a skill mixed team, taking leadership from Specialist Public Health Practitioners, providing a high standard of care, our staff receive a good training and induction package and a friendly supportive working environment.
