Health Visitor (Band 6)

Are you a passionate and motivated Health Visitor looking to make a real difference to the lives of children, young people, and families? We are excited to offer an opportunitiy for an enthusiastic Band 6 Health Visitor to join our supportive and forward-thinking team.

Specialist Community Public Health Nurses (health visitors) work within Wiltshire Childrens Community Services to lead and deliver a high quality, proactive service for children and the 0-5 Healthy Child Programme. The aim of the service is to reduce health inequalities, safeguard children and improve outcomes.

Base: Ground Floor Unit 1, Greenways Business Park, Chippenham, SN15 1BN

This is a part-time role working 30 hours per week.
