Are you an existing Health Visitor looking for a change or an area where you are supported to deliver all the Public Health Nursing offer such as the community and universal offer? If so, Warrington is the borough for you! An exciting opportunity has arisen for caring and ambitious Health Visitors to join one of our 3 well established integrated teams within our Warrington 0-19 service. We pride ourselves on our excellent hands-on community nursing care, where we offer well balanced varied caseloads, variety within your role and all with the dedicated onsite support from Team Leaders and Senior Management Team. We are a high performing welcoming and supportive service, who value our team members, will treat you as an individual, have the opportunity for flexible working, have access to engagement and wellbeing services and share the motivation to work together to provide outstanding public health nursing care to the families of Warrington. Be a qualified Health Visitor or qualifying in the next 6 months. Provide supportive leadership within the 0-19 team Be an autonomous practitioner who can support the needs of the team and service. Take part in service development, promote innovation, and demonstrate skills in public health. Have a flexible and conscientious approach to tasks. Be able to communicate effectively with partner agencies, promoting the work and reputation of the service, working for the best interests of the child, and adopting a think family approach. As a key professional in the protection of children, you will be required to work collaboratively with other agencies to meet their needs.
