t2 Group is recruiting a Health and Social Care Assessor to support learners working towards apprenticeship qualifications across workplace settings in Chester and surrounding areas. The role combines remote delivery with planned workplace visits, offering a flexible hybrid working pattern.


You will coach, assess and support learners to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to complete their programme, while managing your own diary to hit performance targets and learner progress.
