Health & Safety Officer - Work-Life Balance (Hiring Immediately)

We are hiring a Health & Safety Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Health & Safety, you will act as a competent adviser, supporting and guiding managers and colleagues on all aspects of health and safety across the organisation. This is a key role in ensuring effective governance, compliance and continuous improvement. You will contribute to the Integrated Management System (IMS), supporting the implementation and maintenance of systems aligned to ISO 45001 and ISO 9001, and promoting a proactive, prevention-focused approach to risk management. You will support the development and review of policies and procedures, ensure robust risk assessments are in place, and assist with the investigation of incidents, identifying root causes and driving improvements. The role also involves carrying out audits, inspections and monitoring activities, producing clear reports, and supporting services to achieve and maintain high standards of safety and quality. We are looking for a
knowledgeable and proactive individual who can confidently provide practical advice, coach colleagues, and positively challenge practice where required. You will be highly organised, able to analyse data and identify trends, and committed to promoting a strong safety culture that ensures safe, effective, and high-quality services for the people we support, colleagues and visitors.
