We are looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to oversee and enhance safety and environmental practices in Ellesmere Port. This role is critical in supporting our General Manager in fostering a strong culture of safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility. You will be a key driver in implementing HSE best practices to help the organisation remain compliant, efficient, and sustainable in its manufacturing operations. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities include: Health & Safety Promote develop a Safety Culture across Ellesmere port site Establish and maintain a robust safety culture across manufacturing units. Conduct regular safety training sessions for all employees to promote safe work practices. Develop and implement safety protocols, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to industry standards. Oversee incident investigations and identify

preventive measures. Skills and Qualifications: Practical working knowledge of improving safety in a manufacturing environment with a NEBOSH general certificate Has developed a ''safety culture'' in an industrial setting Working knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance Familiarity with safety audit processes and safety management systems.
