Whatyou'llbe doing... As a H&S Graduate,you'llrotate across key business areas, including:

• Operations (Quarry, Cement Plants, Packed Products)
• Engineering
• Logistics
You will gain practical experience by:
• Supporting the management of our Business H&S Management System to ISO 45001 standards.
• Helping communicate and roll out H&S initiatives, standards, and procedures.
• Providing on-site H&S presence across multiple locations.
• Reviewing incident statistics toidentifytrends and opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting site audits and engaging with contractors and customers.
• Participating in cross-functional projects that impact real-world infrastructure.
• Working across multiple sites, with potential for wider opportunities through CRH.
• Taking part in Tarmac's Graduate Core Skills Development Programme, building leadership, business understanding and professional networks.
