Full Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the HSE Officer will play a key role in supporting and promoting a safe, compliant and environmentally responsible workplace across the business.
Working within a small HSE team, you will provide practical advice and guidance on all aspects of Health, Safety and Environmental Management, ensuring compliance with legal obligations, ISO standards and company policies.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, offering the opportunity to influence operational practices, support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with colleagues across the wider DENSO group.

Monday Thursday:8.30am 5.00pm

mattersContribute to continuous improvement and wider European HSE initiativesWhat Were Looking ForNEBOSH Certificate qualificationIOSH membershipPrevious HSE experience within a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and compliance requirementsExperience working with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systemsExcellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skillsStrong organisational and problem-solving capabilityConfident using Microsoft Office and external reporting systemsPreferred Experience & QualificationsNEBOSH DiplomaGraduate-level qualificationCertified Machine Safety Expert (CMSE)Experience of machinery safety, LEV testing and environmental monitoringExperience supporting HSE initiatives within a fast-paced operational environmentTPBN1_UKTJ
