About the Employer
DGP PLC is a family-owned business with over 35 years of experience, built on strong values that continue to shape who we are today. We are now a leading provider of construction logistics, security and support services, delivering complex and highly regulated projects across the UK.
We’re committed to achieving high-quality outcomes for our clients while creating a supportive, inclusive and collaborative environment where our people can grow and thrive. Wellbeing and development are central to how we work, ensuring employees feel valued, supported and able to progress in their careers.
At DGP, we take ownership, follow through on our commitments, and challenge constructively. We believe in doing the right thing, even when it’s not easy, and in caring about how we work with others, not just what we deliver.
