As our Health and Safety Contract Business Partner, you'll be the go-to expert for all things Health and Safety & Business Continuity Management (BCM) guiding, supporting, and empowering our teams and site facilities to deliver excellence every single day.

What You Will Do

• Overseeing Facilities Management activities across all three sites to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations


• Providing expert Health and Safety & BCM support to ensure full compliance with statutory legislation


• Driving standardisation and embedding the HSMS and wider policies across all three sites


• Meeting annual SHE objectives through proactive engagement and performance management


• Supporting the central Health and Safety function to deliver business-wide functional goals


• Coordinating Health and Safety & BCM initiatives with site management teams to build a strong safety culture

What You'll Bring

• Proven operational H&S experience - you know how safety works on the ground


• NEBOSH National General Certificate


• A dynamic, adaptable approach - this contract moves fast, and so will you


• A clean driving licence - you'll be supporting three sites


• Strong understanding of H&S processes and how to apply them in real operations
