Health and Safety Adviser

Our team provides expert advice and support to Council departments and schools across Hartlepool. We deliver a wide range of initiatives, from proactive audits and training to incident investigation, ensuring high standards of health, safety and risk management., In this role, you will:

• Act as a competent person in accordance with the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999
• Provide practical, solutions-focused advice to support, enable and improve health and safety performance
• Help develop, organise and deliver engaging health and safety training
  
  You will have relevant health and safety experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of positively influencing safety performance.
