Full Job Description
Nottingham CityCare Partnership is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Health Inequalities and Community Engagement Lead to help shape how we understand, engage with and respond to the needs of the diverse communities we serve.
Working within our Nursing and Quality Directorate, you will play a key role in helping CityCare deliver better outcomes for patients, families, communities and staff by ensuring that equity, inclusion and engagement are embedded throughout our organisation.
This role is permanent, part time, working 2 days per week.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development, coordination and delivery of CityCare's health inequalities agenda, ensuring that equity, inclusion and meaningful community engagement are embedded across all areas of service delivery.
This role sits at the heart of CityCare's commitment to improving health outcomes and reducing inequalities.If you are passionate about reducing health inequalities, improving access to care, and ensuring that every voice is heard, we would love to hear from you., You will lead the implementation and development of our Health Inequalities Framework, ensuring that national priorities such as Core20PLUS5 are translated into meaningful local action. You will oversee a range of projects and initiatives aimed at improving equity of access, experience and outcomes across our services.
