Full Job Description
The role will lead, coordinate and develop Providence Row's Health Inclusion Service so that people experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantage can access high-quality, inclusive health and wellbeing support. Also to oversee the Health Hub, Health & Wellness Fairs and associated partnerships, ensuring delivery is safe, effective, well-coordinated and aligned with organisational priorities and funding requirements., Please note we're not responsible for the content of job ads, as they're posted by the recruiter. This is a permanent full-time role (35 hours per week) with a salary of £41,175.
