Health and Housing Partnership Officer

You will play a key role in improving health outcomes through better housing, using your knowledge of primary and acute healthcare systems to build strong partnerships. You will work with health, statutory and voluntary sector partners to deliver projects, strengthen engagement and support proactive interventions.
What you will need

Educated to degree level or have equivalent relevant experience, with a strong understanding of health services, including the NHS and primary care.
Excellent communication, partnership-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Organised, confident working independently, able to manage competing priorities and comfortable analysing information and finding practical solutions.
Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel and databases, are essential,
A flexible approach and willingness to support the needs of the service.

Salary: £40,444 - £44,253 (pro rata) - Job Evaluation Pending - Indicative Band 7
Hours: 7.5 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term until 31 March 2027
