Based at Small Heath Leisure Centre but required at other centres as required Opportunities to work on GP Referral Programme We are currently seeking self-motivated and suitably skilled individuals to join the Sport and Physical Activity service team on a casual basis. Working as part of a team in a busy front-line service. Key Responsibilities .

  • Teaching exercise to groups of adults.
  • Preparing tailored exercise programmes for individuals.
  • Assessing Fitness Levels.
  • Offering nutritional guidance.
  • Inputting information into Refer All data platform.
  • Candidates must hold the GP Referral Qualification L3.
