Full Job Description
We are looking for a caring and compassionate HCSW to join our friendly team who put their patients at the heart of everything they do. We predominantly care for elderly, vulnerable adults where we can offer a safe, secure and dementia friendly environment. As a team, we believe that putting each patient at the heart of all our care, acting with integrity, respecting the individual and a comprehensive multi-disciplinary approach for all our patients., You will be able to undertake a range of clinical and clerical activities working with support and supervision of the trained nursing team. To deliver high standards of nursing care and be willing to share our knowledge and skills as well as following the Trusts values and behaviors at all times., In return, we offer to provide support and guidance from all our team and you will have training opportunities as required.
We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic , hard working and motivated staff with excellent communication skills that wish to work with an amazing patient centered caring team., The successful candidate should be a team player, have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be able to work under pressure.
