Full Job Description
As a Health Care Support Worker, you will support the delivery of nursing care to clients within a clinical setting and/or home environment, as part of a team and under the direction of a Registered Nurse.The post holder would be responsible for leading a team of staff at Band 2 orwould be delegated to work in delivering a service whereby the post holder regularly works without supervision of a qualified nurse for all or most of the shift.
Currently we are unable to provide certificates of sponsorship for this role as it does not meet the Home Office's criteria. Anyone requiring a certificate of sponsorship or if they hold a Skilled Worker Visa/Health & Care Visa is therefore unable to be shortlisted and interviewed, This is an ideal opportunity for a Health Care Support Worker who is seeking to broaden and utilize their range of skills and knowledge as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The post holder will participate in the delivery of skilled, autonomous care to patients.
This post involves lone working and the ability to travel independently is essential.
