Health Care Assistant - Twilight Hours - Osbern Manor-Care / Nursing - Ground Floor

Are you passionate about providing care and support to others? We are currently seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our team to provide support during the evening. This role is ideal for someone who may only be able to work a shorter shift assisting our residents settle comfortably for the night. We help with day-to-day personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals. "As a Care Assistant at Oakland Care we ask you to care for our residents like they are your own family." What you will be doing:

• Providing excellent care and support to our residents during the evening.
• Supporting residents with getting ready for bed.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Helping with supper, drinks and light refreshments.
• Actively participating in various training and up-skilling sessions.
• Working closely with team members and management team.

• Be a compassionate and caring person.
• Be a true team player.
• Have experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker - This is advantageous but not essential as full training is given.
• Be reliable and able to work evening hours.
