Health Care Assistant / Support Worker

Healthcare Shifts: Flexible - Early, Late, Long Day, and Night shifts available Shift Hours are: 6, 9, 12, 15 Work Days: Monday to Sunday - pick and choose your shifts! Work Locations: Supported Living, Day Centres & Care Homes Duties Include:

• Assisting service users with personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Supporting mobility and using assistive equipment.
• Meal and drink preparation, and monitoring dietary intake.
• Assisting with toileting, incontinence care, and changing of clothes or bedding.
• Supporting daily living tasks and offering emotional care.
• Assisting with medication management (if required).
• Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
• Adhering to company policies and professional standards.
• Accurate record-keeping and reporting to relevant healthcare professionals.
