Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is looking for enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants to join our friendly and supportive teams at Rutland Memorial Hospital. These are exciting opportunities to work within a physical healthcare setting, supporting patients who require sub-acute care, palliative care and complex rehabilitation. What You'll Do Working alongside experienced registered nurses and multidisciplinary colleagues, you'll provide essential hands-on care and support to our patients, ensuring their dignity, comfort and wellbeing are at the heart of everything you do. - Flexible with Rota Shift patterns - Please note this is a 24-hour, 7-day service and the role includes a mixture of: Long days: 7:00am to 7:30pm Nights: 7:00pm to 7:30am Weekend and bank holiday working, Undertaking clinical observations and providing clinical care as delegated.
- Supporting our patients in maintaining their health, well-being and independence.
- Providing personal care to include washing, dressing and toileting / continence care.
- Accurately recording patient information.

For all substantive roles, new staff (excluding medical staff) are appointed subject to a 6-month probationary period (see Probation Policy). All jobs will require permission to work in the UK. For all jobs the cost of any DBS disclosure required will be met by the individual. This will be deducted from salary once started.
