Health Care Assistant - Nights - Berkshire Manor-Care / Nursing - Ground Floor

We are excited to be opening Berkshire Manor, a beautiful purpose-built care home, this September, and we're looking for a dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our founding team. Berkshire Manor will offer residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care across 72 private en-suite rooms, with state-of-the-art facilities designed to deliver exceptional care and comfort. • Providing excellent care and support to our residents throughout the night.
• Assisting with mobility, comfort and safety needs.
• Carry out regular checks and respond to any night-time requirements.
• Keep accurate records and communicate effectively.
• Maintain a calm, reassuring environment for our residents.

• Have experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker - this is advantageous but not essential as full training is given.
