Are you kind, caring and compassionate, with experience of providing palliative and end of life care?

We are looking for experienced Health Care Assistants to join our dedicated team, providing high-quality care across our In-Patient Unit, Hospice at Home, Fast Track and Night Sitting Services.

This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference to people and their families, supporting them with compassion and dignity at one of the most important times in their lives.
