Brooklands Hospital is looking for enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant Apprentices to join our team and work towards a Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience in a specialist hospital supporting people with learning disabilities and autism, while developing the skills and knowledge you need for a rewarding career in health and social care., As an apprentice Healthcare Assistant at Brooklands Hospital, you will work as part of a team supporting people with learning disabilities and autism. Your duties will include:

• Supporting people with their daily living needs, promoting independence, dignity and choice.
• Building positive, respectful relationships with the people you support.
• Supporting people to take part in meaningful activities and achieve their personal goals.
• Helping to maintain a safe, supportive and inclusive environment.
• Working alongside experienced staff and other professionals to provide person-centred care and support.
• Following care plans, workplace procedures and guidance from your team.
• Developing your knowledge and skills through practical experience, training and the apprenticeship programme.
• Maintaining confidentiality and treating everyone with respect.
You will receive support and guidance throughout your apprenticeship as you develop the skills, knowledge and experience needed for the role.
