Full Job Description

Mendip Vale Medical Group (MVMG) are looking for a further HCA to join our experienced team at Southmead Health Centre.

You will be working with a friendly and knowledgeable team, undertaking a variety of delegated duties to support our nursing team and providing appropriate care and treatment in conjunction with GP's and other clinical staff., The post holder should be passionate about providing a high standard of patient care; focusing on improving patients health outcomes as indicated in the care plan, working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary Surgery team to meet the needs of patients.

As a high-achieving and well-organised practice, we embrace a Multi-Disciplinary Team approach to care provision.

Changes made from merging and working more effectively have enabled us to make investment into our buildings, making our estate one of the newest and brightest in the South West.
