Health Care AI Support

The Healthcare AI Support Worker will work under the supervision of the Skin Cancer Nurse Specialists and Dermatology Consultant Team. They will play a vital role in enhancing patient care and streamlining clinical processes within the dermatology pathway.

Responsibilities include pre-screening the Urgent Suspected Cancer (USC) proforma submitted by GPs to ensure eligibility, contacting patients to verify details through a three-point identity check using the Electronic Referral System (ERS), and applying service screening criteria to exclude lesions unsuitable for clinic booking.

The role also involves capturing and uploading high-quality images to the Skin Analytics AI platform, maintaining accurate records across systems before and after clinics, and providing direct support to patients during their appointments.

o The Countess of Chester Hospital: providing 473 general and acute beds.o Ellesmere Port Hospital: providing 60 beds as a rehabilitation, intermediate and outpatient facility.o Tarporley War Memorial Hospital: a base for community services which serve the local rural population.
