We are looking for a leader who shares our passion for educational excellence and can work alongside our talented staff, engaged families and supportive Trust to shape the next stage of Dallam's development. As Headteacher, you will be the leading professional at the academy, accountable to the Local Governing Challenge Board (LGCB) and the Trust Board. You will provide vision, leadership, and direction, ensuring the academy is managed and organised to meet its aims and ambitions. You will also play a key role in The Challenge Academy Trust's Central Executive Team, contributing to the strategic direction of the trust and collaborating with other Principals and Headteachers to advance educational outcomes.,

• Foster a culture of high expectations, equity, and aspiration for all.
• Work collaboratively with The Challenge Academy Trust (TCAT) and other stakeholders to maximise opportunities for students and staff alike.

  1) Salary: Leadership Scale L15 - L21 (£73,105 to £84,699 - subject to 3% uplift).
