Full Job Description
Corpus Christi Catholic Academy Trust and the Governors of St Paul's Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint an ambitious and talented leader who will lead our wonderful Catholic primary school with drive, compassion and humility. We would like to appoint a leader who embodies our mission, "Living our Faith by Word and Deed". We are therefore seeking a Headteacher who will lead with integrity, empathy and a strong sense of purpose. Inspired by our mission, the successful candidate will create a school where every individual is valued and respected, and where positive relationships are at the heart of the community. They will promote a culture of understanding, forgiveness and support, helping pupils and staff to care for one another and contribute positively to school life. Our Headteacher will recognise and celebrate the efforts and achievements of all, encouraging everyone to do their best. Through their leadership, they will ensure the school's Catholic ethos remains central, while keeping a clear focus on the wellbeing, development and success of every child.
